Crust:

1 cup flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 lb melted butter

Mix and press into pie dish. Put in 375 degree F oven for 3-5 minutes.

Filling:

2 cups milk

4 tablespoons flour

6 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs

2 oz butter

salt

vanilla

Bring milk to a boil. Mix flour, sugar, and salt to smooth paste. When milk boils, fold the paste mixture into it, stirring until thick. Take off stove and add butter. Allow to cool and add beaten eggs. Put filling into pie shell and bake until center rises.
