Tomato Bredie II

5 tablespoons oil

2 teaspoons paprika

4 large sliced onions

3.3 lbs/ 1/5 kilograms cubed lamb

1 16 oz can tomatoes

1 beef cube

1 cup rooibos tea

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic

freshly ground pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

In a heavy saucepan, heat the oil and mix with the paprika. Chop onions and saute in separate pan until softened. Brown meat in the oil and paprika pan. Add onions and all remaining ingredients except parsley. Simmer 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
